Before the consultation, I filled out a questionnaire and waited a bit before being seen. The order was director > manager. While they were mapping out the line and telling me what kind of approach would be good, they recommended eye correction surgery, which the first clinic I went to had not mentioned, so I was a little surprised, but I liked that they firmly said no when something wasn't possible. Next I consulted with the manager, and she was very kind. She showed me before-and-after photos and explained everything in detail, which I liked.
