It’s been a while since I had the consultation, and due to circumstances I gave up on surgery itself. Years later, I’m looking into it again, so I’m writing this because I remembered them. The doctor was extremely kind and explained everything in detail. I’m not sure if the consultation manager is still there now, but they were kind, empathic, and talked to me like an older sister. There was no wait, and because the place had only recently opened, the facilities were clean.
