A few years ago I got calf Botox about twice, and the effect was immediate. My legs do feel stiff when I walk and get tired quickly, but,, they also spray on some kind of cooling spray when doing the procedure so it won't hurt. But it doesn't help at all They said because I'm tall, my bones are long and large so I tend to have a lot of muscle, but I also have fat, so they suggested trying fat-dissolving injections together with calf Botox next time, but Botox alone was fine.
