The director, as a director should, made an effort to match the cost, listened to my concerns, and worked through the problem with me. The doctor, as a doctor should, seemed to explain things professionally, and unlike other clinics, they didn't recommend surgery like choosing from a menu; instead, they looked together for various methods that fit my eye concerns.
