The staff were just okay, not exactly unfriendly? They just didn't really have expressions.. The doctor handled the consultation well and explained things with a smile. And he seemed extremely confident! Said it absolutely wouldn't come undone I asked for a rather long line, and at first the consultation manager said it might not be possible, but the doctor confidently said okay and made it exactly the way I wanted! Anyway, the doctor's confident attitude made me feel confident that it wouldn't come undone too Anyway, satisfied.
