The director is kind. The consultation coordinator is kind. I'm not sure about the expertise. The price is high. Since it's a clinic, the space is cramped. I feel a bit uneasy about going there for surgery. The front desk staff are somehow unfriendly; they don't even greet you and only respond when you go up to reception.
