The consultation manager explained things in great detail, and the doctor explained things appropriately well, so I felt a certain level of trust. Also, before nose surgery they did a blood test, and the aftercare was well organized, so I decided to go through with the surgery. I think safety is the top priority, so for now the surgery itself was finished well, and I guess I'll have to see how things go later.
