The doctor is kind, but I think the people doing consultations keep recommending unnecessary procedures too much. There’s also the problem of them over-recommending dosage, and because of that I’ve repeatedly regretted getting them done... The doctor’s procedures are good, but because of the consultation staff I’m also thinking about moving elsewhere. Recommending unnecessary procedures may help sales right away, but from the customer’s perspective, well... I don’t think it’s a good long-term method. I think the consultation staff need training.
