I give the doctor a full score for kindness, even though I didn't even get to see the doctor because it was just the consultation. I went because a famous app was advertising an event price, and although there were several staff members, the consultation manager who ended up seeing me was extremely rude. The event price was a total bait product, and since the consultation was early this year, I don't remember the exact price quoted by the event price and that consultation manager, but it felt like a sudden jump to about two or three times higher. I don't know whether that staff member is still there now, but honestly, it was the first time I'd ever had such an experience, so I was quite taken aback.
