The staff were kind, and it looked really big from the outside, but the actual treatment area was smaller than I expected. I went for hair removal because the price was the cheapest. I wanted a female doctor in charge, but it doesn't seem like you can choose one separately, and if the timing worked they would assign one for you. Still, the response seemed a bit different depending on the staff member. Maybe because the price was low, it felt a little careless, and the person who performed the procedure changed every time. But the difference between directors was too extreme, so some of them were really meticulous and would even ask about the necessary areas, but...
