My upper arm fat was stressful, so I looked around at several places and chose this one because I prioritized safety for the surgery. Right now I've gained weight, so the line isn't very pretty, but the bulky look I had before the surgery is gone, so I'm satisfied. But because it emphasizes safety, people who want a very slim, bony-arm look probably won't be as satisfied.
