This is a very safety-focused clinic; in a bad way, they don't take out enough fat. But I think that's better than taking out too much and then having to live with side effects. After liposuction, maintenance is essential. If you don't do it, you actually gain even more, and fat builds up in areas that never used to gain weight, which really ruins your body line.
