This is a hospital where the manager works harder than the director... That doesn't mean the director isn't skilled, he just seems to only do the surgery. Right up until the moment before the operation, the consultation manager handles everything If the director participated more actively in the surgery and procedure design and in consultations, it would feel more professional.
