I had nose bone reduction, hump reduction, and silicone surgery done a little. I also asked about my deviated septum, but the bone reduction was much weaker than I expected, and the tip of the nose feels a bit lacking. If you want natural, it is natural, but it feels lacking in refinement. Maybe this was because my request at the time was a little insufficient, but if you are pursuing sophistication, I am not sure.
