At the time I hadn't looked into hospitals much, so I thought this price would be normal no matter where I went, but that wasn't the case. I still wonder why I was able to get it done so cheaply, but thinking about the results, it was a price I could fully accept. For the cheekbones, the difference before and after was so small that I feel like they might as well not have touched them at all at the other hospital, so I'm currently thinking about revision surgery. And for the square jaw, after the bone was shaved there was a side effect where the bone grew back, but the hospital refused to do revision surgery, so I ended up going to another hospital for revision surgery.
