A typical factory-like place. I had double eyelid incisional surgery there in 2012 when I was in high school. One eye became sausage-like, one eye has a deep scar, and the height is uneven. The doctor kept changing too, except for the chief doctor. They said the doctor who ruined my eye went abroad for training because he was a paid doctor. Probably a lie. Some nameless doctor, probably.
