It seems they handle all kinds of consultations well, and they were the only clinic I visited that asked me to pull my mask down below my nose. I had also been disappointed that there was no way for them to assess the situation by looking only at my eyes, so I was really glad they were the only ones who asked me to lower it to my nose too.
