I had a reservation, but there was a bit of a wait, and the waiting area felt a little chaotic. The consultation was done just as I expected, so nothing special stood out, and the procedure was done fairly neatly. They do a lot of promotions, so if the results are good I think I'll use them often. Overall, it's pretty average.
