She treated me carefully and thoroughly. What really matters is that they need proper staff training here. I don't expect amazing service from a factory-style dermatology clinic, but when the timer rang with a patient's face covered in a mask in the treatment room, nobody came, and they were giggling among themselves. I've never seen such a noisy place. The front desk staff were full of complaints too The treatment room was full of staff who seemed like they were just hanging out. They really need urgent staff training here.
