I went for a consultation through a friend's recommendation, and it didn't feel very professional Still, the reason I bought the membership was that unlike other places, they didn't overquote me, and I trusted them when they said I should do things one by one instead of listing everything from the start and being greedy. Even so, the reasons I gave it a low rating are: 1. I couldn't consult with a doctor 2. They need to at least tell me roughly what I need right now, but I couldn't get any information 3. I've been paying for 4 months and still can't set a schedule, and the clinic doesn't seem to care So I'm thinking of requesting a refund tomorrow
