I originally went in wanting masseter reduction surgery, but they said I didn’t need it and recommended liposuction instead. They didn’t recommend unnecessary procedures and only suggested what was needed, in a cool, matter-of-fact way. I had no side effects, but the two sides ended up a little uneven (my jaw was uneven to begin with, so even though they said they’d remove different amounts of fat from each side to balance it, it still ended up uneven). It was pretty good overall.
