My first nose surgery hospital. In the end, it was a disaster. The doctor was kind, but I'm not sure about the skill... It felt like they were trying to do their best, but things just didn't go the way they wanted. I don't really know about the friendliness of the staff at the counter, but the nurses in the operating room were kind and warm.
