After the expansion and move, the facility became more luxurious and spacious than before. The consultation manager was kind and pointed out exactly what needed to be done. The care provider was also delicate and kind. The director was cheerful and talkative, but when I asked questions, they explained everything professionally and clearly identified what should and shouldn't be done. I liked that it didn't feel salesy.
