I just went because it was cheap, but during the consultation the manager was so kind and nice that she also talked through my general concerns, not just the filler itself. While waiting after applying the numbing cream, unlike other clinics I was able to sit alone in a soft chair, charge my phone, and use it. Usually clinics just apply numbing cream or give ice packs, but here they applied the cream and also gave me cooling packs before and during the procedure, so the injection didn't hurt.
