I visited because of trouble around the jaw and skin inflammation. The hospital facilities are good and there are many desk staff, but the atmosphere feels kind of chaotic. During the first consultation, I spoke with someone who seemed to be the manager; they were kind, but had no professionalism. I went because of the trouble, but they recommended an expensive regeneration injection, which caught me off guard. The doctor only glanced at my face briefly when giving the injection, answered questions half-heartedly, and wasn't kind. The nurse who applied the medicine was kind. Later they contacted me about satisfaction with the visit, but I don't plan to go back.
