They’re generally kind, and the treatment skill, if I can call it that, doesn’t seem bad. But sometimes there are staff members who are a bit impolite. Also, they only seem kind if you get an expensive procedure, and they subtly recommend expensive treatments. There isn’t a dermatology clinic nearby where the chief doctor does the consultation personally, so I keep going there
