Back then I went there for eye and nose consultations, but there were so many people that even though I had a reservation, I had to wait a really long time. It made me wonder why I even made a reservation in the first place.. I think they should consider the time balance when taking reservations. On top of that, there was someone who came late, and they went into the procedure room before the people who had been waiting earlier, maybe because they were an acquaintance of the doctor(?). I really wondered what the people waiting were supposed to think.. After waiting, I consulted with the manager(?), and hmm.. rather than a conversation, it felt like they were just dumping explanations on me and saying, Do this, do this! I didn't get a very good impression, so when I left after the consultation, compared with other clinics, personally I thought it was kind of mediocre.
