There was an absolute lack of detailed explanation about pre- and post-surgery methods and materials. There were also things they never mentioned, like septal extension. There was no aesthetic improvement; if anything, it ruined my impression and disrupted my facial balance because of my nose. I was under such extreme mental stress that I even thought about suicide. Still, I think they were in some ways conscientious and competent in the basics, and did pay attention, because they did not use my precious septal cartilage, they honestly told me that the silicone had shifted after just two weeks, and although I regret the alar reduction with incision so much, at least that part was done reasonably well.
