Because the local older ladies came here, the consultation staff and front desk staff had a tone that was basically annoyed + a little dismissive (toward everyone). When the ladies asked about things they considered obvious, or asked questions about price, it was even worse. The consultation manager was also the rudest person I'd seen, and later when I showed that I was annoyed, she finally stopped acting irritated. I wasn't even the one who asked for a consultation.. I hope you cut out the consultation manager and just get exactly what you want and leave.
