I went for a consultation about upper eyelid lift surgery. First of all, I think the fixed-price system is good. Of course, there was no price-cutting at the manager's whim either. They said fixation isn't needed for upper-lid lift surgery, but that seems to vary by hospital, so I don't know which is right. The consultation wasn't bad.
