I visited for a consultation about my first eye surgery. They explained in detail which parts of what I wanted were not possible and what the limitations were. I was impressed that they suggested about three different surgical methods. After the consultation ends, when the patient leaves the exam room, they leave with them, hand the consultation chart to the desk, and then go back in; this was my first time experiencing that process, so it left an impressionㅋㅋㅋㅋ The consultation manager is really kind, honestly she feels a bit like an aunt,,, Actually, I had visited planning to have surgery a year ago, but postponed it because of personal reasons and then came back to plan again this time. When I went back, the consultation manager was still the same, which made me trust them even more. The clinic where I had my first nose surgery had a different consultation manager at the consultation and again at the 3-month follow-up, so I had a bit of distrust toward plastic surgery clinics..ㅎ
