I went because it was cheap, but honestly I don't think there was any noticeable effect. Still, it did look a bit leaner. My face wasn't that full to begin with, but when I said the fat under my ears was bothering me, they only worked on the area under the jaw overall, and since I have a peanut-shaped face, it seems like they handled it well so it wouldn't affect that. I was a bit worried, but without any hollowness it seems like it changed just slightly, almost imperceptibly. Probably nice to get done at a cheap price.
