It seems like it was about 10 years ago. It was the place where I had my first eye surgery. The facilities were not good, but the director was very kind and explained things really well. My right eye kept loosening, so I had after-service twice. Haha A person I knew back then recommended it because their surgery went well, so I went there. They set the line too low, so I had revision surgery at another place 5 years ago.
