I had surgery on the tip of my nose and nostrils a really long time ago, and I know that the director who did it is no longer here and has moved somewhere else. Overall, there were some parts I wasn't fully satisfied with, but I just lived with it for now. Looking back now, I wish I had brought up the functional issues as well.
