The director seems to give very conservative consultations But I get the feeling the consultation manager is even more conservative? Honestly, the consultation manager felt even more blunt and straightforward There were no extra suggestions for surgery or anything like that; they only counseled me within what I asked for and clearly said no when something could not be done
