You can't even make reservations for laser hair removal, and you have to wait a long time. When you check in, they always ask, "Is it okay if you have to wait over an hour?" I liked that they gave a calming cream after hair removal, but I ended up giving up because the wait was too long. There are many other places with similar prices, so there is no reason to wait this much just to get treated...
