A place I went to after getting tired of other factory-like hospitals and going around in person. The doctor was kind, and so was the consultation manager. But the info desk staff seemed a bit indifferent. The first consultation went well, but after going about three times, I was disappointed that they proceeded without first asking for my requirements. Satisfaction with the procedure: 4/5. They're kind, but I always have to state what I want first.
