I happened to visit this clinic, and with the consultation manager's kind explanation I chose Thermage. I saw a female doctor during the procedure, but I don't know her name; she kept talking with me in a friendly way throughout. Other than the sharp pain around the jawbone area, it was tolerable. There was no bruising, only redness, and I felt more firmness and smoothness. But when paying, they spoke too loudly with other people there too, so I was a little annoyed... The clinic was very clean~
