Among the skin therapists, there are some who are very sloppy or who keep rubbing in the direction that makes the face sag, so their skills seem lacking. Separate consultations with the director only happen briefly in the procedure room when the treatment is being done. One of the desk staff has a way of speaking that sounds like banmal, and I think it's just a habit. For example, they say things like, "Which day? Parking?". I'm not sure about the results of the treatment
