The consultation order was the director first, then the consultation manager. The director was good because he explained things while organizing them on paper during the consultation. But maybe he was tired, because it felt like he wanted to finish the consultation quickly The consultation manager is truly so kind and gentle. She seemed to have incredible experience too.
