First of all, the staff were insanely kind. I was late for my consultation appointment, so I felt so sorry but they still treated me kindly But the director kept cutting me off and gave me the feeling that he didn't really want to listen... especially when I asked what method they use for the back lower canthoplasty, he just answered vaguely... only saying they incise under the eye
