I had a consultation and it was neat. They didn't try to force explanations about other areas, and instead talked only about the nose and gave me a nose consultation. The manager also consulted with me without pressuring me about a reservation deposit. They also explained the care they provide inside the clinic without hesitation and were thorough, which I liked.
