The consultation manager's response was wrong from the start, too (she was rolling her eyes at the customer while speaking). I asked for a female doctor, but a male doctor did the procedure. The amount injected on both sides was different, and as time passed, my jaw asymmetry looked even worse. When I went back, they blamed my face shape. The doctor who performed my procedure wasn't even listed on the website, and when I asked to check their profile, I was told it was impossible. I even have all the KakaoTalk messages, but I'm holding back from posting them.
