It's not rude overall, but it feels kind of perfunctory.. They didn't even really try to define the line, just looked at it with their eyes.. the consultation took less than 5 minutes I feel like the director and I just didn't match.. Were they tired? One nurse is extremely rude..

A friend had surgery here and it came out really pretty, so I brought a screenshot of her photo to show them. But they kindly told me that my eyes were completely different from my friend's, so it might not be possible to do it like that…
