The director didn't really look at my eyes properly and just glanced at them before moving straight on to a consultation with the manager. The atmosphere at the counter was also too chaotic. The manager also didn't really consult me about my eyes, but only emphasized how amazing their doctor was, that their surgeries had never failed, and stressed experience, so I didn't want to go through with it.
