I had my epicanthoplasty reversal done, but maybe I was a difficult case, I don't know, it didn't close effectively I think it was also because I rubbed my eyes often. There was also a scar left. Still, they keep managing the scar consistently, but I think it will be hard to remove it completely. Be very careful with epicanthoplasty.
