At first, the consultation manager felt more trustworthy than the doctor... I've gone around to quite a lot of places, and she spoke the most honestly. Of course, I mean the consultation manager rather than the doctor..^^ If the doctor had seemed trustworthy too, I probably would have put it on my shortlist of likely surgery hospitals.
