Two years ago the price was the cheapest, and they were kind. Especially the counseling manager was very empathetic. I'm not at the extreme end of eye cases, but my eyes are the kind where revision is something I'm worried about, and the director also honestly said not to do it because even if I did revision, it would be hard to expect a big effect.
