The counter staff were the kindest I've ever met. On the other hand, the doctor was unfriendly, didn't explain things in detail, and seemed evasive. It would have been better if they had simply said that their technique was lacking or that they were too old to operate It was an eye where quite a few other places suggested doing the surgery with minimal incision, but it seems like they don't operate on eyes like mine that have almost no extra skin. And it also seemed like they don't do eye-correction surgery on eyes that already had it. They said they don't really like redoing eyes that have already had eye-correction surgery. I went all the way to Suwon, so the consultation left me feeling disappointed...
