I went all the way to Suwon after only hearing that they were good at it. The consultation was with the doctor first and then the consultation manager. They measured the line and said it was too high. Hearing it in numbers helped me understand it clearly too. They also told me that because my eye-opening strength is good, I don't need ptosis correction.
